Terms and Conditions

J&M Cleaning Services appreciates your business and knows how important your building is to you. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please read the following Policies, Terms & Conditions.

We normally work in teams of two or three professionally trained cleaners.

GUARANTEE OF SERVICE 
We are confident in our work and are committed to providing superior service . If you are not completely satisfied, contact us immediately or within 24 hours and we will re do the Cleaning.( Contact us for full guarantee details)

 

APPOINTMENTS
For your convenience we have a flexible schedule Five days a week. J&M Cleaning Services will do our best to arrive on time at your Building. Please note, since it's not possible to give a specific time when we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time spot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.

 

 

QUALITY
Our work is guaranteed, however we do not offer a refund. If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are not happy with at no additional cost you.

When you need extra services or additional cleaning on your schedule cleaning day, please call us 24 hours in advance to make sure we reserve the extra time we need in order to provide time for the additional service needed.

 

 

SAFETY
In order to protect our staff from personal injury, we do not allow them to lift or move anything heavier then 35 lbs. We can, however, clean behind appliances . Please move it prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas.

 

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
For your convenience, J&M Cleaning Services accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash or Checks.

Payment for all cleaning services are due a period of 30 days after the 30 days as $50.00 Late Fee will be charged for the next month of service.

A $50.00 fee is applied to all NSF checks.

Please make checks payable to J&M Cleaning Services.

 

 

GENERAL
For your protection, J&M Cleaning Services is fully insured with a general liability insurance policy and Bonded.

TERMINATION

For termination client needs to give a 30 days Written Notice.

Both Parties can Terminate Contract with a 30 day Written notice.
