These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of janitorial services ("Services") provided by J&M Cleaning Services Janitorial Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to any individual or business ("Client," "you," or "your"). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services
We provide commercial, janitorial and cleaning services as agreed upon in the service proposal, quote, or work order. The specific scope, frequency, and duration of services will be defined in writing prior to the start of work.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on the size, condition, and frequency of cleaning.

Additional services (e.g., deep cleaning) not included in the original quote will be billed separately.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in scope, property condition, or service frequency with prior notice.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide access to the premises on the scheduled service date and time.

Delays due to inaccessible premises may result in rescheduling fees.

A lockbox code, key, or authorized access should be arranged if the client will not be present.

4. Payments & Invoicing

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Cash, Cashier’s Check, Business Check
Zelle, ACH Transfer

Invoicing and Payment Deadlines:
One-time cleanings: Payment is due upon receipt.
Recurring services: Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

Late Fees and NSF Charges:
A $50.00 late fee will be assessed on all past-due invoices and added to the following month’s invoice.
A $50.00 fee will be charged for returned (NSF) checks.

Collection Policy:
If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 90 days, the account may be referred to a collection agency. The Client agrees to pay all associated costs of collection, including:
Collection agency fees
Court costs
Reasonable attorney’s fees

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. However, to maintain operational efficiency and respect our staff’s time, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your scheduled service time.

Cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $100.00, which helps offset the cost of scheduled employee wages and lost service time.
This policy ensures we can continue to provide reliable service to all clients and fairly compensate our team members for their committed schedules.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost. This guarantee does not apply to areas not included in the agreed-upon service.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Remove or secure valuables and personal items

Provide a safe, hazard-free work environment

Inform us of any known risks or special cleaning needs
We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty fixtures, flooring, or improper building conditions.

8. Damage & Liability

We carry General Liability, Commercial Auto Insurance Workers' Compensation insurance.

Any damage or loss caused by our staff must be reported within 48 hours.
-
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or actual damage proven to be our responsibility.
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

9. Use of Supplies and Equipment
We may use our own supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If you request use of your products, we are not liable for any damage or ineffectiveness caused by them.

10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in the case of non-payment, unsafe work conditions, or harassment of staff.

​
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor shortages, or government restrictions.
