J&M Cleaning Services Janitorial Corp appreciates your business and knows how important your building is to you. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please read the following Policies, Terms & Conditions.
We normally work in teams of two or three professionally trained cleaners.

GUARANTEE OF SERVICE
We are confident in our work and are committed to providing superior service . If you are not completely satisfied, contact us immediately or within 24 hours and we will re do the Cleaning. (Contact us for full guaranteed details)

APPOINTMENTS
For your convenience we have a flexible schedule Five days a week. J&M Cleaning Services Janitorial Corp will do our best to arrive on time at your Building. Please note, since it's not possible to give a specific time when we arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time spot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.

QUALITY
Our work is guaranteed; however, we do not offer a refund. If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are not happy with at no additional cost you.
When you need extra services or additional cleaning on your schedule cleaning day, please call us 24 hours in advance to make sure we reserve the extra time we need in order to provide time for the additional service needed.

SAFETY
In order to protect our staff from personal injury, we do not allow them to lift or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. We can, however, clean behind appliances . Please move it prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
For your convenience, J&M Cleaning Services Janitorial Corp accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash Check or ACH.
Payment for all invoices is due in a period of 30 days. There will be a $50.00 late fee for all past due invoices which will be added to the following invoice for the next month of service.
A $50.00 fee is applied to all NSF checks.

GENERAL
For your protection, J&M Cleaning Services Janitorial Crop is fully insured with a General Liability Insurance Policy, Workers Comp and Bonded.

TERMINATION
To initiate the termination of the agreement, clients are required to submit a written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date.
This notice period is applicable to both parties involved in the agreement. .
Should a client choose to terminate the agreement without providing the mandatory 30-day notice, they will be liable for the full-service fee for that month.
